Don't have time to call !! NEW OccuMED booking service - Available NOW

A new hassle free service is on offer that allows OccuMED clients to skip the call to the worker and just contact OccuMED for a truly one stop call/email booking request.

OccuMED will liaise directly with the worker on our client's behalf and make a booking that's convenient to the worker. This means greater convenience to OccuMED clients and more effective use of their time.

To keep OccuMED clients in the loop, an email notification is sent by OccuMED to advise of the details of the booking. This notification to OccuMED's client is done in conjunction with an SMS notification to the worker confirming date, time, address of OccuMED appointment and instructions for photo ID etc.

In addition, OccuMED clients will be sent an email notification regarding any changes to the appointment date/times requested by the worker.
